Q. HELP! Stream stickers stopped working!

A. First, hop in our Discord (because we give out free hugs), then check to make sure you placed the Stream Stickers browser source in EVERY scene of your streaming software. If you’ve added a new scene recently, its possible you forgot to re-add the Stream Stickers browser source to your new scene.

Additionally, make sure nothing is covering the Browser Source, you’ll always want Stream Stickers running as the TOP layer of your stream output, this way the stickers can be slapped on top of everything playing (including any UI layers you may have).

If that doesn’t work try using the “Refresh Cache of Current Page” button on the Browser source properties page. That will often get the extension working again, especially if you haven’t changed anything in your stream layout and it was working previously.

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU ALWAYS RESTART YOUR STREAMING SOFTWARE EACH TIME YOU BEING A NEW STREAMING SESSION. ITS GOOD FOR YOUR STREAM, AND MAYBE EVEN THE ENVIRONMENT…

Q. I can’t activate the extension on firefox! It just shows a spinning animation. help!

A. Unfortunately this is a bug on Twitch’s side and they have provided no ETA on a fix so extensions cannot be activated in Firefox. As a work around, you can grab a copy of Chrome and activate it from there.

Q. does stream stickers work on consoles?

Yes, but you’ll still need to be running it alongside a streaming platform like OBS or through an online platform such as lightstream.gg. There are lots of great online resources that will show you how to connect your console to OBS such as this guide on XBOX or this guide on PS4.

Q. I love this service and want to support you! HOW CAN I HELP?

A. Buy more stickers and tell feel free to tell your favorite streamers to install the extension if they haven’t already.
